1.1. Processing Time: We strive to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 7 business days. However,please note that processing time may vary depending on the availability of the product, order volume, and any customization requested.

1.3. Order Completed: Once you have settled the full payment for the order, you will receive a Payment Received email. According to your delivery option:

• If you choose to pick up the watch at our store, you will receive an Order Picked Up email after you have picked up the watch.

• If you choose shipment, you will receive an Order Shipped email after we have filled in the tracking details and ship out the watch.
