Normal wear and tear of goods are not considered eligible for return or refund.

Unauthorized Actions: Goods that have undergone unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or any damage that compromises the quality of the goods are not eligible for return or refund.
